The Xpeditions Way is a new corporate-focused travel and events initiative from Photo Xpeditions, which has been producing experiential corporate events and journeys for over 8 years. Both companies are based on the same passion for travel and specialist knowledge, drawing on the expertise of our network of travel insiders at home and in destinations all over the world. Herzen Cortes
CEO
Herzen spent almost 20 years as an active player in the IT transformation of his home country, Mexico, before moving to the US in 2002 to found Photo Xpeditions. The company allowed him to mix two of his greatest passions: travel and photography.
Herzen has been producing and operating immersive and experiential journeys, as well as photography and filmmaking workshops, for over seven years. He has worked closely with companies such as National Geographic and with award-winning photographers, archaeologists and explorers to find inspiration for events and journeys.
Herzen Cortes Constandse
Chief Experience Architect
Herzen brings a fresh perspective and a millennial touch to PX Events. He recently graduated from Florida International University and is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Hospitality and Destination Development at the Chaplin School of Hospitality.
Herzen began working in the hospitality and tourism industry at a very young age and has grown up in the industry. Most recently, Herzen has interned and worked with Experiencias Xcaret, a highly regarded and widely acclaimed hospitality powerhouse in Mexico.
Paolina Rodríguez
Event Producer
Paolina discovered her passion for hospitality and events when studying Hotel Management. With many years of experience in event management, Paolina has worked extensively on both corporate and social events. As a Conference Concierge, Social Events and Wedding Manager, and finally as a Groups and Conventions Manager, she has managed everything, from large-scale conferences and incentive events to weddings and parties.
Mariel Cámara
Event Producer
While pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts in Cancún, Mariel learned how much she enjoyed the art of crafting unique experiences and made the decision to work in hospitality. She spent almost a decade working at the likes of JW Marriott.
Mariel has worked on corporate and social events at the highest level. She has organized groups, conventions, incentives, weddings and more for customers from the U.K., Germany, U.S. and Mexico.
